On March 26, 2019, DSA member Obvion N.V. announced the first Dutch RMBS transaction complying with the new STS requirements.
The STS status will be verified by PCS, an Affiliated Member of the DSA. This is a major milestone in the development of a strong securitisation market under the new European securitisation regulation.
