EC Consultation on draft LCR Delegated Act

On 17 June 2025, the European Commission issued a Consultation Paper on a draft Delegated Regulation Amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61 as regards the eligibility conditions for securitisations in the liquidity buffer of credit institutions
