On November 10, 2015, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision published a Consultative Document "Capital treatment for simple, transparent and comparable securitisations".
This consultative document explains the rationale for incorporating the STC criteria into the revised securitisation framework and proposed options for doing so. Interested parties were invited to comment on the document. On February 5, 2016, the DSA has submitted its comments.
