On March 29, 2016, 32 associations and market participants, incl. DSA, jointly issued a note on the STS and CRR proposals of the European Commission.
The joint-note elaborates on the 10 elements of the EC proposals that most urgently need modification in order to create a stable, holistic, clear and executable regulatory framework.
