EC Call for Evidence on Securitisation review (2)

On 15 December 2025. The European Commission issued a Call for Evidence on the EC proposal for the Securitisation Review. On 9 February 2026, the DSA and the NVB issued a joint response with a Position Paper attached, please see below.
