Wednesday 21 September, the DSA members approved the addition to the existing RMBS standard of a second Dutch securitisation standard for Consumer Finance ABS. The new standard provides the same elements as the RMBS standard: a template table of contents for the prospectus, a definitions template and a template Investor Report.
The new templates will be published on the DSA website per 1 October 2016.
