On February 18, 2015, the European Commission published a Consultation Document called "An EU framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation".
This follows after other consultations on the same subject by the ECB/BofE, EBA and IOSCO/BCBS.
Interested parties were invited to respond. On May 13, 2015, the DSA has submitted its response.
