On October 14, 2014, the European Banking Authority published a Discussion Paper on Simple, Standard and Transparent Securitisations (EBA/DP/2014/02).
This Paper is a major step forward in the efforts to revive the European securitisation market.
Interested parties were invited to comment on the paper and answer the questions. On January 14, 2015, the DSA has submitted its reaction.
